Ipswich Girls’ Grammar School including Ipswich Junior Grammar School invites qualified contractors to express their interest in being considered as a supplier for the following (not limited to) trade services:

Works to be carried out at 82 Chermside Road, Ipswich QLD 4305 and/ or 133 Chermside Road, Ipswich Qld 4305. The contract will be for a period up to 3 years, subject to periodic performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Proof of current licensing and insurances via a Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance with minimum $1M and relevant Work Cover Insurance).
• Details of relevant work experience, particularly within educational facility and/or heritage-listed sites.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work within required timelines.
• Compliance with all applicable safety, child protection, and working-with-children regulations.
• Business Address Details: the School actively supports local businesses when considering the acquisition of goods and services.

Briefing/Site Inspection (Optional): 

A site inspection may be arranged by appointment only through the Contact Person listed below.  Unscheduled or unapproved inspections will be considered non-compliant.
